Returns and Refunds
If the item arrives damaged, clients can request a replacement. To do so, they must document all damages by taking photographs and collecting all papers from the courier services. These materials should then be forwarded to the email address available on the website. Products are made on demand. However, we are happy to arrange a replacement within two months of the product received. Please contact us if you have issues with your purchase and we'll do our best to assist you.

We had a picture that we had wanted turned into a watercolor for a really long time, and Noomi absolutely nailed it.
It was one of those photos that already meant a lot to us, so we were definitely a little nervous about having someone recreate it. But she somehow managed to capture exactly what we loved about the original while still making it feel like a real piece of art.
The finished piece came out incredible. It’s beautiful, personal, tasteful, and honestly even better than we had hoped it would be. You can tell how much care and talent Noomi puts into her work.
This was something we had wanted to have done for years, and we’re really glad we waited until we found the right person to do it. We couldn’t be happier with how it came out, and it’s something we’ll have forever.
