I ship worldwide!

Commissions are shipped from Paris, France as regular personal parcels by French Post. Once it crosses the borders of your country, it should be delivered by your local postal services, therefore it is solely up to them then and how your parcel gonna be delivered.

DHL and other private delivery options are not available at the moment.

Shipping from Paris to USA, for example, takes approx. 3 weeks, but it solely depends on the postal busyness and season, during the holidays such as Christmas, postal services might take longer since they are overwhelmed.
Unfortunately, there are no return/refunds on commissions, since i essentially charge for the time spent on the piece and not the actual painting. Even if the painting is stolen or ruined by someone on your end, i will not be able to refund it.

In case the painting was severely damaged or lost during delivery, please document all the damages, fill out the form with your postal services and officially submit your claim, after that contact me and we will be able to arrange a replacement -- i can order a print for you instead!
