When can I expect my product to arrive?For Prints/Mugs/Apparel: These products are being fulfilled and shipped by the third company which ensures fast and reliable delivery around the world. These products are fulfilled in different locations around the globe which reduces carbon footprint since these products are shipped locally. Please, allow 1-5 days for your order to be fulfilled. Delivery time is 1-4 weeks under normal circumstances, usually, prints take 2-3 weeks to arrive! Delivery time solely depends on your location and the speed with which your local postal services deliver parcels. During Holidays and big events (Covid included) delivery time might be extended. For Commissions, Books and Stickers: Bear in mind, Commissions, Books and Stickers are shipped directly by us from France, which might extend typical waiting time. Commissions can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, once completed and approved, and Books are currently shipped once in several months, depending on the printing situation, since they are only printed in small batches few times a year. You should specify it directly via email to avoid unwanted waiting time. Unfortunately, books can take a while to arrive and it`s solely up to you to decide wherever you wish to wait this long or not before placing your order, therefore there are no refunds.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged or I received wrong item?Simply contact us via the Chat or via our email: Erotic.art111@gmail.com If you have received wrong item - we will replace it for free! If your order has arrived damaged - we will replace it for free! In both cases, please, provide photographs of the product and it should be done in the span of 5 days after your order has been received.

What should I do if I gave wrong shipping address?Simply contact us via Chat or via our email: Erotic.art111@gmail.com If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, please email us. If your order has not yet been sent for printing and you have not received tracking information, your address may be corrected without any problems, but in some cases this will not be possible, for example, when the order has already been sent. In this case, you will have to pay for the postage again. Your order will be shipped as soon as it is back. We are not responsible in cases where the postal services lose the parcel on the way back. If the product can be replaced with a new one, like prints and mugs, we will try to do replace it, but in the case of commissions or books, the replacement is not possible.
