Stickers, commissions, and postcards are shipped directly from France.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.

Returns and Refunds
If the item arrives damaged, clients can request a replacement. To do so, they must document all damages by taking photographs and collecting all papers from the courier services. These materials should then be forwarded to the email address available on the website. Refunds are not currently available for our products due to the nature of our small business; products are made on demand. However, we are happy to arrange a replacement within two months of the product received. Please contact us if you have issues with your purchase and we'll do our best to assist you.
